Background

Mr. Rischitelli’s practice focuses on sports and entertainment law, probate, estate planning, and taxation.  As part of his practice, he routinely serves as a court-appointed guardian in a number of wardship cases, some of which are extraordinarily complex.  He also actively represents and works with professional athletes, particularly baseball players, in connection with a wide array of legal and personal planning matters.  He has clerked for a judge of the Ohio probate courts, and has also worked as part of a regional bank’s private client group and trust department.
